Your child will learn facts such as when and where Haydn was born, what his family was like, and even Haydn’s childhood nickname!
Plenty of illustrations are included, helping your child to better visualize and remember things such as what Haydn’s childhood home looked like, or how he used to pretend he was playing the violin with a couple of sticks when he was very young.
All sorts of stories are included — including one where an 8 year old Haydn climbs up the scaffolding on the side of a palace! Yikes, can you imagine!?

Your child will learn about other famous composers Haydn met in his lifetime, jobs he had, places he traveled, and music he wrote.
