Assembly:
Make as many stars and flags you want/need for your banner.
Weave in all the ends of your yarn with a tapestry needle.
Next, measure how long you want your ribbon to be, and cut to length.
I used thin ribbon that is 1/4″ wide.
Space each star and flag evenly on your ribbon.
Take a sewing needle and thread and sew each star and flag into place.
That’s all there is to it! Hang your banner as you please, and enjoy!
