Mittens for Tall Husbands (free pattern!)

Free Easy Knitting Pattern for a large pair of mittens!

Here’s a free knitting pattern I made specific to my over-6-foot-tall husband.

I’ve always struggled to find mitten patterns large enough for his hands!

An “outside man,” I love gifting him handmade things to help keep him warm!

These mittens are easy to make — grab your circular needles, and let’s begin!

Supplies Needed:

  • Worsted Weight Yarn (weight 4) (two colors, if you would like to change colors like I did!)
  • A small bit of scrap yarn
  • A tapestry needle
  • 3.75 mm (US 5) circular needles

With 3.75 mm circular needles and worsted weight yarn, cast on and join 52 stitches in dark blue.
